Reboot Your Book

Much like a good headshot, an actor’s audition book is their calling card. It offers a glimpse into their personality, their aesthetic, their skillset, and their soul. Every cutting needs to demonstrate your skill as a singing actor, as well as how you think, how you connect to the work at hand, and how you interact with the world and those around you. Too many actors find that while they might have a full book, their songs don’t set their heart on fire when it comes time to deliver a compelling story. Let us help connect you with material that illuminates your individuality and your specific theatrical super powers. This process includes three 30-minute consultations where we talk about your needs, complete a set of diagnostic exercises to clarify how your repertoire needs to pair with your essence and your current skill-set, and collaborate with you to pair you with songs that you love, and love to sing. You are then sent a PDF of the full song, a 32-bar cutting, and a 16-bar cutting. You get to choose what categories your songs are drawn from, including uptempo/ballad, and Pre-Golden Age, Golden Age, Post-Golden Age, Contemporary, Pop/Rock, Standard, etc. We can also focus on a specific role or show, if that is your goal.

The pricing for this package is $199 and includes 8 songs in the categories of your choosing.
